Cow Bay Homestay

Cow Bay Homestay B&B is a rectangular timber building. We have 2 guest rooms located on each end of the house with the central area providing access via the front steps. The breakfast table is in this area as well and the kitchen to the side. A large outside deck opens into the garden.

In front of each bedroom is a small lounge area. Here is a daybed, coffee table and 2 upholstered chairs and an overhead fan. The bifold doors are usual open during the day offering ventilation and unrestricted views into the garden; they are closed at night.

“Queen Room sleeps 2 “is on the western side of the house. The room has one queen size timber framed bed, with a quality mattress, woolen mattress protector and linen, 4 pillows and during winter a down doona and extra blanket. The glass louvered windows provide light, ventilation and have insect screens. Curtains can be drawn and a blind let down for extra darkness. Polished timber floors throughout, a woven mat, ceiling fan as well as air conditioner. The ensuite bathroom, has a shower, handwash basin, toilet, towel rack and exhaust fan, and 2 windows. Towels, sarongs, soaps, shampoo are provided.

“Queen Room sleeps 3” is on the eastern side of the house. This is a larger room to accommodate the single bed for a twin set up or 3 persons staying. The setup is similar to the other bedroom queen size bed, fan, air conditioner, linen, towels, shampoo and so forth. The rooms are serviced daily and we use HaRa, the leader in chemical free cleaning.
